Our Story
Our journey into real estate investing began during the 2008 mortgage crisis, when we personally experienced the challenges of the housing market collapse. Like many others, we were caught in the mortgage bubble, working tirelessly with banks to find solutions and hold onto our properties. That difficult time planted a seed—we knew that one day, we wanted to use our experience to help others facing similar hardships. Over the years, we dedicated ourselves to learning everything we could about real estate. In early 2023, we took the leap and launched Patern Investments, combining our knowledge and passion to build a path toward retirement through diverse real estate services—all while helping others navigate their own real estate journeys with dignity and support.
